“I was able to envision not a tunnel, but a lighted pathway in a forest. The crystals you mentioned came as beautiful thick arches in the pathway.
As I passed each one
I could feel the energy cleansing me.
In my head I could see a Herkimer diamond
hanging right where my third eye is and walking through it I could feel everything you said.
The valley was nothing I have ever seen before,
it was so gorgeous. The environment was the most beautiful color palette of soft blues, greens, purples, pink, and yellows. It looked as if everything was translucent, shiny.
I could see plants and trees but they were definitely not Alpines or any trees here. When I met my inner child she looked at me and relayed what I needed to know, “Love yourself” and “You don’t/can’t even see how beautiful you truly are.”
Her skin was a  blue-ish color with grey long hair. When getting into the pools and looking at ourselves in the water I had shiny blue translucent skin, my hair was a shiny gray and was ridiculously long and straight, flat against my head, and I could even see that my body was shaped differently, long and lean.

When asked to see what is blocking you in the reflection I saw may face in this lifetime. It was confirmation that I am indeed the one that was blocking myself. I just need to get out of my own way.
I could feel and see all that you put out there.
I could see my self standing in the pools and my inner child pretending to be a mermaid and zooming around the pool.

When releasing the rocks in the hot air balloon I could feel the pressure in my chest seep out; despair, homesickness, loneliness, sadness as the rope slowly slid up and out of my hand. I could feel the ancestors and I am almost sure I was able to really see one, which is a first.
I could feel the rhythmic rocking and beat of energy with the drums and chanting. I could feel my palms tingling right as you were talking about the chakras in our hands.
I did not want it to end.

I have done many guided meditations but this was the first that really worked for me and I was really able to see so much.
I felt like I learned, grew, and was flung into a different dimension.  Your voice was soothing, calm, and very welcoming.
