tips for optimum integration & healing

After your session, you may be tired.
A therapeutic may activate healing pathways, stimulate the immune system, and bring the body into a parasympathetic response.

At this time you may feel more grounded and in touch with your healing frequencies. v It is a great idea to get some extra rest during this time to support your body’s healing pathways.

Taking an Epsom salt bath or soaking your feet will help to soothe muscles, as well as, clear the energy field, and ease the body into releasing old patterns.

Heavy lifting should be avoided. But taking walks, especially if you can tolerate walking barefoot, spending time in nature or by a body of water is highly beneficial.

For 24-72 hours after your session, the local tissues will be shifting. For up to twenty one days, the organ systems continue to go through a subtle shift.

It is good practice to allow integration time between a treatment and working with another modality such as chiropractic care.
